Parenting in 2 Worlds (P2W) was developed by Native American families, so it incorporates culture, with learning about child and youth development and communication skills, all to prevent risky behaviors and support our Native youth and communities. What is unique about this parenting workshop is that the people who are in the workshop are the ones that really shape the workshop, as they share culture and stories and connect with each other.

Every parent is a network. The workshop becomes personalized as each person shares. If one parent has a child with ADHD or Autism and brings up that concern, then the parent that have been through that, shares what they have been through. You become a resource to others. – Elisa

We also serve a light meal, provide free child care, and have a certificate of completion.
